Refunds & changes

You can change or cancel your order until Friday 5:00 PM ET. After the cutoff the kitchen has bought ingredients and started cooking, so orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.

If anything is wrong with your delivery — a missing dish, damaged packaging, or a quality problem — contact us the same day with a photo and we'll replace the item on your next delivery or refund it.
